Piotrek Buciarski, CEO
Piotrek was born in Warsaw, Poland and was the son of Wojciech Buciarski, the fifth place finisher in the pole vault at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. Although Piotrek grew up in Denmark, he came to the United States to compete in the pole vault for the University of Oregon. He eventually finished his time with the ducks as the fourth best all-time (18’2 .5”). Piotrek received his BS degree in Economics and an MBA in Sports Marketing. Athletically, Piotrek went on to compete in the 2001 World University Games in Beijing, and represent Denmark at five World Championships and the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. He retired in 2006, after 10 years on the circuit, with a career best and Danish record 18’10.5”. After receiving his MBA Piotrek went on to work for Oregon Imaging Center and currently with Omega Wave Technology. Piotrek speaks Danish, Polish, English, and German.

Matthew Lonergan, President
Matt was born in Brockton, Massachusetts and attended the University of New Hampshire. Matt was awarded All-Conference Honors at 5000m & 10000m and received him BS degree in Kinesiology with an Emphasis in Athletic Training. After receiving his certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association he went on to become an Oregon State Licensed Massage Therapist and a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach. Athletically, Matt has top 15 finishes in Marathons in San Francisco, Austin, and Portland. Matt coached his wife, Marla Runyan, to an 8th place finish at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games 1500m, three consecutive USA National Championships at 5000m (2001-2003), top- five finishes at the Boston and NYC Marathons, and an American Record at 20k. During this time Matt was the founder of Team Eugene Inc., a Non-Profit Organization created to provide support for post-collegiate athletes with the desire to reach new levels in athletics. After 8 years of guiding Runyan’s professional career, Matt has taken his unique combination of experiences as a coach, therapist, club director, and parlayed it into a career in Sports Management.

Todd Crannell, Marketing Consultant
Todd is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received his BS in Economics. While at FSU, he competed as an All-Conference athlete in the pole vault. Upon graduation, Todd went on to work as an Economist for The United States Department of Labor, while also serving as a volunteer coach at Georgetown University. In 2004, Todd moved on to Oxford University where he received his MBA in Sports Marketing. While at Oxford, Todd worked with Drama Sports, which is a firm representing over 25 American Football Players. After receiving his MBA, Todd has been the Sports Director at Irene Marie Management Group, which is a firm with over 800 clients in film, television, fashion, and sports industries. Todd has provided business strategies to ten cast members of MTV’s ‘8th and Ocean’ television show. He has clients in track and field, the NFL, and Indy Car Racing. Todd was recently featured in publications, such as Business Week (2006) and Oxford Business Alumni News (2007).
